Split screen guide

Things you need:

    Windows movie maker

    more than 1 videos

Step 1) Go to this website https://www.rehanfx.org/split_video.htm

Step 2) Download the exe

Step 3) create a folder named from AddOnTFX in this area: C:\Program Files\Movie Maker\Shared\AddOnTFX

Step 4) run the exe file

Step 5) if everything worked, restart movie maker, and add 2 videos to the time line.

Step 6) go to transitions, and add the new split screen transition (there might be 2 different split options, try both).

Step 7) drag the video on the second video as far back as you can over the first video on the timeline.

Tips:

When recording your video, be sure to record everything all the way to the left or all the way to the right. Do not record with you in the middle, because split screen cuts half of the video display off.
